Yes. Darren and his team are fully qualified and up to date with the very latest electrical certifications. They are ELECSA approved and certified that confirms they have been tested and comply with all government standards so you can be assured all your domestic or commercial work will be carried out to the highest standards and to building regulation.
Typically Darren and his team try to see you within 24 hours. Often if you call in the morning they can come round as soon as that evening. It just depends on the time and day you call. If you have an emergency they can prioritise and see you quicker.
If you request for them to come round to quote the work you require doing, it does not obligate you to use them in any way.

Also if they supply any parts the manufacturers warranty will be passed onto you and they will replace/fix any component or fixing in the unlikely event quality issues arise whilst it is under manufacturer warranty plus their labour will be free of charge to do this for the first year.
