Felix did a superb job fixing the reason why my lights kept shorting the system. He was very professional and friendly, and I would highly recommend him.

Felix was called around 6:30 in the evening to attend to my neighbours house, their house had lost power around 4pm and they were desperate for someone to get the power back, Felix came out within 30 mins on. Friday night and did a great job, neighbour was over the moon with his service, they are an older couple and don’t have access to emails etc, Felix was very understanding and he had power back into the house within an hour, can’t recommend Felix highly enough

Anyway – he and his colleague arrived the same day and they worked tirelessly to find the fault, make it safe and check other circuits thoroughly before they left. Yes. Felix and his team are fully qualified and up to date with the very latest electrical certifications. They are NAPIT approved and certified that confirms they have been tested and comply with all government standards so you can be assured all your domestic or commercial work will be carried out to the highest standards and to building regulation.

How quick can the electrician come out and see me ?

Typically Felix and his team try to see you within 24 hours. Often if you call in the morning they can come round as soon as that evening. It just depends on the time and day you call. If you have an emergency they can prioritise and see you quicker.

If I request them to come round do I have to use the electrician ?

If you request for them to come round to quote the work you require doing, it does not obligate you to use them in any way.

Also if they supply any parts the manufacturers warranty will be passed onto you and they will replace/fix any component or fixing in the unlikely event quality issues arise whilst it is under manufacturer warranty plus their labour will be free of charge to do this for the first year.
