ASA & Ollie provided a new direct feed from the consumer unit to the oven & installed a new ceiling fan in the lounge. Another quality piece of work completed by Asa & his team. A difficult job to run new cabling into an existing kitchen , without it being seen, but the work has been run in such a way that it is completely hidden. I am delighted with the finished work in the kitchen. A new ceiling fan installed in the lounge, & another quality piece of work completed to a high standard. Asa was very friendly, turned up a little late but that was fine. He knew exactly what the problem was and the job was done quickly and expertly. My only complaint was the cost – he quoted me over the phone but I had assumed that the job would take longer than it did at the cost he gave me. It took less than 25 minutes but I was charged £60 labour, which I think was excessive. In future, I will ensure that I get a more complete quote that will allow for a lower charge should the job not take that long to do.

The man I spoke to was very helpful and gave me a quote. I will definitely be using him in the New Year, as I need my cooker disconnected. I want to buy an air fryer, but John Lewis are out of stock and until this becomes available, I will have to keep my cooker as I will be left with nothing to cook on. The air fryer is popular and I have been unable to acquire it anywhere, so I really don’t know when it will be coming in, but you can be assured that I will use your services when it comes in. Had an urgent matter that needed attended to on a weekday evening. Responded promptly and managed to get some sense out me (a complete novice with anything in the realm of electronics). Sent someone out first thing the following morning, who was professional, courteous, and thorough. I can’t speak highly enough of the quality of work as well as the attention given to the task at hand. Would highly recommend and will definitely be my first point of contact whenever the need arises.

Had an issue with my very old consumer unit in my utility room that feeds power to my freezers and tumble dryer. Needed it fixing ASAP. Call Asa at 12.39. Sent him a picture of what was needed at12.52. Confirmed his attendance at 12.53. Arrived just before 2. New consumer unit supplied and fitted at an excellent price. True to their advert. No call out charge just time on the job plus new unit. Would highly recommend him and have his number stored should I ever need him again
