George turned up to assess the work, as agreed, next day. I’d already been let down by three other firms! He took photos of the roof damage and explained to me the work to repair. Quote arrived within an hour and the costings were as I expected. Once the work started, it uncovered further deterioration of an old roof. Again, photos were taken and work required was explained. The crew working on the roof were polite, tidy and obviously took pride in completing a professional job. I was kept informed throughout and before completion, I ‘snagged’ a few items which were sorted out immediately.
