I needed reset of lead flashing over dormer. Contacted Triton Roofing UK Ltd. Quick response, I sent T R a photo of the property. George explained work and material required +quote. Arranged day and time. Great job done, supper efficient, great communication skills, no hassle. A big thankyou to George and his team for such a swift efficient job. We needed our ridge tiles re-bedding and some roof tiles replaced and re-siting on our 1935 house, which we’d just purchased. They were polite, hard working and cleared up after themselves. Great value with photos supplied of before and after the work, and payment not required until completed. Great service, came out on a Saturday morning to give us advice and a quote on a leak on the roof of our county holiday house, looked at the problem and said I can fix it now, assured me there would be no charge, got on the roof and fixed the small leak. When you have a roof problem then you want prompt service. No sooner had I emailed than George rang me and was out within 24 hours. He clearly explained the problem and the only delay thereafter was contacting insurers. As soon as I heard from them George was on the spot and dealt with the problem. He sought me out on completion, explained what he had done and told me to contact him should there be any problem … and confirmed the work was under guarantee.
