He clearly explained the problem and the only delay thereafter was contacting insurers. As soon as I heard from them George was on the spot and dealt with the problem. He sought me out on completion, explained what he had done and told me to contact him should there be any problem … and confirmed the work was under guarantee. Prompt response to my initial enquirey. Very quick start from agreement of price. Good description of scope of works which did not expand as work proceeded. Quick and accurate completion of works, uses Triton own scaffolding which speeds thing up. Two small snagging items on completion which were rectified quickly. Triton had to return to complete these but did so with no quibbles. Guarantee forwarded on completion as stated . Polite and friendly and industrious workforce. Would recommend to others . Work carried was replacement of defective flat clay tiles on a very steep pitched and high roof. Checking and re bedding ridge tiles and chemical clean and wash of a hole roof and finish with a spray coating. A brilliant end product, very pleased. Triton were happy to recommend a recent customer to view and discuss similar previous work which I did.
