Paul Williams got in touch when he said he would, gave the quote and did the job within reasonable time, somewhat set back by the weather. He was very easy to deal with and responded immediately to my emails. Full marks for that! I will use him again if I have a problem.

Paul fixed storm damage to my roof. He gave a prompt quote and despite being very busy he repaired the roof in excellent time whilst keeping in contact. Paul was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend his services.

Paul recently fitted a Velux roof light and undertook adjacent roof repairs. Hi attitude and expertise were great and would thoroughly recommend him for similar work. His pricing was fair and reasonable and was fully committed to making my installation waterproof before he left for the day-even though it was dark and raining!

Great service. Paul and his team came the day he said and completely removed and reset all the ridge using a dry fixing system so no more repointing. All this and a couple of other fixes done in a day and as quoted. Great bunch of lads, couldn't be happier.

The previous roofer i had supposedly fixed the job, but appeared he did not, kept promising to come back, but didn't, left water pouring through my bedroom roof . I contacted Paul returned my call swiftly, came out the following day as i could not make same day. Paul assessed roof and advised what needed to be done to fix the roof. Roof has been fixed 3 days now and we have had lots of heavy rain and i cannot see a drop. I am exceptionally please and will highly reccomend Paul, he is polite and he certainly knows his job. Paul looked at the work that needed doing the same day. Provided a quote the following day and completed within 3 days.Excellent job of lifting and rebedding the ridge tiles to our bungalow. Explained exactly the work to be carried out. A very trustworthy contractor ,clean and tidy. Would recommend without hesitation.

I can confirm that Paul Williams provides a very professional service.  He was polite, explained clearly the repairs needed to my roof and kept me informed of any changes to the planned start date.  He provided photographs before and after the repairs which assured me of the quality of his workmanship.  I would use him again.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service and workmanship. They were genuine, friendly, professional and very experienced. We needed to have the tiles covered as an emergency to stop further damage and even though we had not had the go ahead from the insurance company or it was not confirmed we would be using them, he came out and did this anyway. I would definitely recommend them.  It's a 5 star rating from us.

Kept me informed when he was to arrive. ARRIVED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD.. He inspected the roof and identified the problems. He showed me pictures on his phone to prove his findings. He fixed the immediate fault straight away. I am awaiting a quote for further work from him. OVERALL; Pleased with his work to date.

I rang Paul for help yesterday. He came (next day) at exactly the time. It was the first time i had met him but i can assure anyone who needs roofing help that Paul is totally honest and a man of integrity.

Paul came exactly when he said he would and looked at where my roof was leaking. It was a small problem, he sent me a quotation the next morning and I accepted it immediately as it was less than I feared it might be. He came the next day after I accepted the quotation, so from the time he first came the leak was fixed within two days! Paul was pleasant and polite, and when in conversation I mentioned a small problem my daughter has in her roof he not only told me how it could be fixed but also gave me a piece of self-adhesive felting that might fix it. He couldn't have been hoping he would get a job from her as she lives on the Oxfordshire/Berkshire border 80 miles away! He gave me further advice on what might need to be done to my roof in a few years' time. From my experience in this job at least I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I'm very happy with Pauls service. He rang back very soon after I requested a callback and promptly arranged viewing the house and gave us a detailed quote for the needed repairs. Very good. We were let down by the previous company, so i contacted West Midlands Building. Paul came to quote and carried out the work when he said he would. A peice was missing to complete the work and it was fitted the next day. Would use again and recommend.
