Excellent service and all explained to me

Very pleasant & knowledgeable. Phoned to advise arrival time,& stuck to it. Gave advice re work to be done, not at this time, but later in year.

Great job undertaken. Arrived promptly, did the work as expected and checked I was happy with it. Cleared up fully and happy with the price.

The tree surgeons were excellent. Arrived on time and removed our tree very efficiently and cleared up completely after they were finished. Friendly team and would have no issues using Excelsior again.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Rory came on time, checked what my dad wanted, offered advice and took time to explain what he planned to do and then emailed a very reasonable quote by the end of the day. A week later Neil started to take down my dad’s tree but discovered that there were pigeons nesting in it so couldn’t continue. Neil was very kind and patient with my dad (who has dementia) while explaining why he couldn’t take the tree down on that day. All of the team were friendly, professional and helpful. They did an amazing job today of taking down a tree, trimming hedges and shaping shrubs. They tidied up everything before they left. Can highly recommend them. Thanks again Rory, Neil and your team for an excellent job!
