Cannot rate this company enough. Emergency call out for help which turned into the whole roof needing to be replaced. The team got things moving really quickly and kept us informed. Every aspect of our roof replacement was carried out in a friendly but at all times professional manner by the Empire Roofing team. The quoting process was honest and open and lots of advice was given with regard to what the job would entail and with what the best and worst scenarios would could be. They did everything that they said they would do and took the time to explain why certain things needed to be done.They backed this up with photographs,videos and verbal updates everyday. The workmanship is excellent and we would have no hesitation in recommending Mano and his team to anybody that needs roofing work carried out. We are certainly very happy with our new roof.

My honest review of our recent worked carried out by Lee of Empire Roofing and his Team,on Telephoning Lee on the Monday Lee agreed to assess our Leak we had in our attic on the Wednesday,Lee turned up as promised and assessed our problem and fully explained our issues and the options that were available and we agreed that the best option would be to have total new roof as due to its age and previous repairs this would be the best option,Lee fully explained what was going to happen and arranged for the Scaffolding to be erected on the Friday and work commenced on the Saturday to remove old roof and Timbers and prepare new Membrane and Timbers to lay new Roof Tiles,All the Team that has been working at our property have been really polite and always ensure we are happy and cleaned areas we needed to use.Lee visited the site regularly and when he wasn’t able to he contacted us by telephone to ensure we were happy how things were progressing and if I had any concerns Lee would always answer his phone and explain what was happening and put our minds at ease.Having a new Roof is a very Stressful experience but Lee and his Team make this experience a lot easier to deal with so I can honestly say if you need any roofing work or General house maintenance you wouldn’t go fair wrong with Lee and his very hard working Team at Empire Roofing.

Fantastic work carried out by Lee, he came down within an hour of the phone call, explained in detail what the problem was and even took the time to video record where the problem areas are, went through the video with me making sure I understood and explained what needs to be done, very quick, efficient and down to earth, will use again and recommend to any and everyone! 10/10

I needed a new conservatory roof as the original 16 mth old roof had leaked from day one. Empire Roofing rang me following my enquiry and came to see my roof the same day. I had a quote pretty soon after, with photos of the product they were going to use. They arranged a day to do the job and turned up when they said they would. Matthew who did the work was lovely. He worked hard all day, in the heat (it was quite warm that day) and didn’t leave until the job was done. Well pleased and would definitely recommend this company. Job well done, I’m chuffed
